〇エイト (Maru-Eito) - 〇Eight: The main waza of wotagei involves 8-count sections, and each 8-count section is called 〇エイト. For example, 2エイト refers to the 2nd 8-count (9–16 counts).

改チア (Kai-Chia) - Modified Cheerlight: A modified version of a cheerlight, typically used for practice or in waza sequences. Rarely used in performance videos.
旧〇〇 (Kyū 〇〇) - Old 〇〇: A colloquial name for outdated or early versions of wazas. Some uchishi dislike this term.
吸収 (Kyūshū) - Absorption: A movement where the arms are relaxed, and speed slows as the arms are focused on one point. It is seen before the move "Kamui no Romance Keihō" in wotagei.
クラウドサンダー (Kurōdo Sandā) - Cloud Thunder: A move where both arms are crossed and rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, often seen before a snake strike (6 strikes) in "Amaterasu" and "Muramasa."
クロール (Kurōru) - Crawl: A movement where the arms are pulled from behind in a large arc from right to left, commonly used in "Izanagi" and "Susanoo."
継承 (Keishō) - Inheritance: The act of passing down a signature move to another uchishi.

最終章 (Saishūshō) - Final Chapter: Used to describe either the last video uploaded on a personal account or to signify wotagei retirement or pause.
サイリウム (Sairiumu) - Cyalume: A glowing stick that emits light through chemical reactions between two liquids when bent and shaken.

時空越え (Jikūgoe) - Time-Space Crossing: The act of combining multiple videos filmed by different people into a single video.
スタダ (Sutada) - Starda: A shortened form of "Stardust," a move in which glowsticks are thrown or accidentally dropped in wotagei.
スターダスト (Sutādāsu) - Stardust: The act of throwing a glowstick in a performance or unintentionally dropping it during a waza.
スネイクサンダー (Suneiku Sandā) - Snake Thunder: A move involving six thrusts, typically seen in "Snake Strike" or "Amaterasu."
スパロン (Suparon) - Super Flash: A move often used in the last section of a song, formally called "Mega Daikō." It's often seen in performances at the climax of a song.
センター○○ (Sentā 〇〇) - Center ○○: A term for a waza performed in the center of a group, often done in a mirror-image formation.
尊師 (Sonshi) - Mentor: A respected Uchishi who serves as a role model or mentor in wotagei.

ダンスムーブ (Dansu Mūbu) - Dance Move: A style of wotagei that is heavily influenced by dance moves, popularized by the "Eveninglow" wotagei team.
チアライト (Chia Raito) - Cheerlight: A type of light stick sold by "Yamato Kōgyō" with a variety of colors. It's often used in wotagei practice and performances.
チェック・セット・オープン (Chekku Setto Ōpun) - Check, Set, Open: A saying originally used to signal OAD timing for Chikagei.
チェルブイ (Cherubui) - Cherubui: A term used when a glowstick breaks and leaks its internal fluid, which can be difficult to clean if it stains clothing or skin.
中国技 (Chūgoku Waza) - Chinese waza: A waza invented by Chinese wotagei uchishi.
TP (Toppa) - A term used when a YouTube account surpasses a subscriber goal (e.g., 100TP when surpassing 100 subscribers).
トーチ (Tōchi) - Torch: A reference to the spinning motion of a torch in wotagei, where the arms are rotated rapidly in a circular motion.

ナルシス (Narushisu) - Narcissus: A movement where the arms are slowly raised in front of the body, a style that mimics self-admiration.

ハッチ (Hatchi) - Hatch: Refers to "なんばHatch" (Namba Hatch), a well-known wotagei filming location in Osaka, Japan.
羽ばたき (Habataki) - Flapping: A movement where the arms are waved up and down, often seen in "Jackknife"
白蘭 (Hakuran) - White Orchid: A move where the left arm rotates from bottom to top, while the right arm rotates from top to bottom at the same time.
プレーデ (Purēde) - Preyde: A movement where the left leg serves as an axis while the uchishi rotates, often seen in "Eryūsa" and "Eryūdo."
ファウンテン (Faunten) - Fountain: A move performed by rotating the arms while moving through complex circular motions. Seen in waza like "Unagiban" and other torch waza.
本家 (Honke) - Original Creator: Refers to the original creator of a particular move or waza. A person recognized as the legitimate maker of a move.

祭り打ち (Matsuri Uchi) - Festival hit: Performing wotagei at a festival or near a festival venue.
〇〇オリ (〇〇 Ori) - 〇〇's Original: Refers to an original waza created by a specific person, often used when the waza has no name but the creator is known.
見る専 (Miru Sen) - Spectator: A person who watches Wotagei but does not perform it themselves.
メンツバグ (Mentsu Bagu) : A term used when a video features a prominent or highly skilled Uchishi performing alongside others.

弓引き (Yumi Hiki) - Bow Pull: A movement seen in the first 4 counts of "Amaterasu" and "Izanagi," where the arms mimic pulling a bowstring.

連番 (Renban) - Sequential Numbering: Performing wotagei together with someone else, commonly used when two people perform in sync.

技単 (Waza Tan) - Single Move: A video that features only one signature move (usually from the chorus or main section of a song).
技連 (技連, Wazaren) - waza Sequence: A video that strings together multiple wotagei wazas into a single performance.
